Very hard to get through on the phone, or to get an appointment with the same doctor.

Generally very good care. Receptionists helpful and pleasant. Sometimes a little difficult to get pre-booked. Appointments especially recently. Would appreciate coffe availability after a blood test as usually feel faint. Also why are there no more magazines etc in the waiting area?

Receptionist Meera is very helpful and kind even when things are going wrong. She is a credit to the practice.

The opening hours are fantastic and very convenient. The staff are very helpful and don't make you feel like their shift is nearly over and it's time to go home. The nurses make me feel very comfortable and support me when I need help.
